🍽️ Tomatoes with Cheese Cream Filling

Ingredients
- 4 Tomatoes
- 80 g Cream cheese
- 4 tbsp Low-fat quark
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 Shallot
- 8 Black olives (pitted)
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Basilica (for garnishing)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly, cut off the top and scoop out the insides. Let them drain upside down on a kitchen paper.
- 2. Mix cream cheese with quark and lemon juice thoroughly. Peel and finely chop the shallot. Dice the olives. Fold both into the cheese mixture, season with salt and pepper, and fill the tomatoes. Garnish with basil and place the tops back on.
