  1. 1. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly.
  2. 2. Cut off the top part of the tomato to create a small lid.
  3. 3. Carefully hollow out the inside of the tomato.
  4. 4. Wash the bell pepper.
  5. 5. Cut the bell pepper in half.
  6. 6. Remove the seeds and white pith from the bell pepper.
  7. 7. Dice the bell pepper into very small cubes.
  8. 8. Peel the shallots.
  9. 9. Finely chop the shallots.
  10. 10. Place the diced bell pepper and chopped shallots into a bowl.
  11. 11. Add two tablespoons of oil.
  12. 12. Add lemon juice.
  13. 13. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
  14. 14. Mix all ingredients well together.
  15. 15. Take one prawn.
  16. 16. Fill the hollowed-out tomato with the prawn and some of the vegetable salad.
  17. 17. Repeat this for all tomatoes.
  18. 18. Drizzle a little oil over the stuffed tomatoes.
  19. 19. Serve the tomatoes cold.
