🍽️ Tomato Mint Salad

Ingredients
- 1 kg tomatoes (various sizes; in yellow and red)
- 1 handful mint (5 g)
- 1 handful parsley (5 g)
- 4 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 0.5 tsp Pul Biber (chili spice)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly and remove the stem ends. Depending on the size, halve the tomatoes, cut into wedges or slices, and arrange on plates.
- 2. Rinse the herbs briefly, let them drain well, pick off the leaves, and chop coarsely.
- 3. For the dressing, mix vinegar with oil, salt, and pepper, and adjust to taste. Pour over the salad and sprinkle with the herbs. Finish with Pul Biber and serve the tomato mint salad.
