🍽️ Creamy Tomato Corn Soup

Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 kg pureed tomatoes (ready-made product)
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp corn
- thyme (for garnishing)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the onion and the garlic.
- 2. Finely chop the onion and the garlic.
- 3. Heat olive oil in a pot.
- 4. Sauté the onions and garlic in the hot oil until they become translucent.
- 5. Add the tomatoes and spices to the pot.
- 6. Let the soup simmer for 30 minutes.
- 7. Add a little water if the soup becomes too thick.
- 8. Remove the bay leaves from the soup.
- 9. Puree the soup until smooth using a hand blender.
- 10. Add the corn to the soup.
- 11. Immediately portion the soup into small bowls.
- 12. Garnish the soup with fresh thyme.
- 13. Serve the soup warm.
