  2. 2. Use a fork to crumble the Roquefort. Add the fresh and sun-dried tomatoes, parsley, pistachios, and quark, mixing everything well until a firm yet spreadable mixture forms. Season with pepper. No salt is needed, as the cheese is already seasoned.
