Ingredients
- 100 g small, firm tomatoes
- 2 tomatoes (dried, marinated in oil to taste)
- 0.5 bunch parsley
- 1 tbsp peeled pistachio kernels
- 100 g Roquefort
- 2 tbsp quark
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly and dice them finely. Drain the sun-dried tomatoes and chop them finely as well. Rinse the parsley, shake it dry, and finely chop the leaves. Also, roughly chop the pistachios.
- 2. Use a fork to crumble the Roquefort. Add the fresh and sun-dried tomatoes, parsley, pistachios, and quark, mixing everything well until a firm yet spreadable mixture forms. Season with pepper. No salt is needed, as the cheese is already seasoned.
