🥤 Fresh Tomato Cucumber Smoothie

Ingredients
- 250 g cucumber (0.5 cucumbers)
- 250 g very small cherry tomatoes
- 2 sprigs dill
- 100 ml kefir
- salt
- pepper
- chili powder
- Also: ice cubes
Instructions
- 1. Peel half of the cucumber.
- 2. Cut the peeled cucumber in half lengthwise.
- 3. Remove the seeds using a teaspoon.
- 4. Dice the cucumber flesh into small cubes.
- 5. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly.
- 6. Thread three whole tomatoes onto a small wooden skewer.
- 7. Set the skewer aside.
- 8. Halve the remaining tomatoes.
- 9. Rinse the dill under running water.
- 10. Shake the dill dry.
- 11. Pluck the small dill leaves from the stems.
- 12. Place the cucumber cubes into a blender.
- 13. Add the halved tomatoes.
- 14. Add two-thirds of the dill leaves to the blender.
- 15. Pour the kefir into the blender.
- 16. Season the mixture with salt.
- 17. Add pepper.
- 18. Add chili powder.
- 19. Add some ice cubes to the blender.
- 20. Blend everything on the highest setting until smooth.
- 21. Pour the smoothie into a drinking glass.
- 22. Garnish the glass with the remaining dill leaves.
- 23. Insert the prepared tomato skewer into the rim of the glass.
