  1. 1. Thoroughly wash the cucumber half, the tomatoes, and the dill under running water.
  2. 2. Set aside three of the tomatoes and one-third of the dill.
  3. 3. Cut the cucumber and the remaining tomatoes into small pieces.
  4. 4. Add the cut pieces, the remaining dill, the kefir, salt, pepper, chili powder, and ice cubes to the mixing bowl.
  5. 5. Puree the mixture for two minutes at speed 10.
  6. 6. Thread the set-aside tomatoes onto a wooden skewer and place them aside.
  7. 7. Add a little water if you prefer a thinner smoothie.
  8. 8. Mix the liquid for another 15 seconds at speed 5.
  9. 9. Pour the smoothie into a glass.
  10. 10. Garnish the glass with the remaining dill and the tomato skewer.
