🥗 Fresh Summer Salad with Feta Cheese

Ingredients
- 6 tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 100 g feta cheese
- 1 large red onion
- 6 sprigs oregano
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Remove the hard stem areas from the tomatoes.
- 3. Cut the tomatoes into narrow wedges.
- 4. Peel the cucumber completely.
- 5. Cut the peeled cucumber into bite-sized pieces.
- 6. Cut the feta cheese into coarse cubes.
- 7. Peel the onion.
- 8. Slice the onion into thin strips.
- 9. Wash the oregano leaves.
- 10. Shake the oregano dry to remove excess water.
- 11. Carefully pluck the leaves from the stems.
- 12. Place all prepared salad ingredients into a bowl.
- 13. Add the oil.
- 14. Mix everything well together.
- 15. Season the salad with salt.
- 16. Season the salad with pepper.
- 17. Take four small bowls.
- 18. Distribute the salad evenly onto the four bowls.
