🍽️ Crispy Toasts with Tomato and Cream Cheese

Ingredients
- 6 slices mini loaf white bread
- 1 tsp butter
- 1 tomato
- 6 leaves mint
- 250 g cream cheese
- salt
- lemon juice
- 12 chili threads
- 0.5 tsp mustard
- 1 pinch curry
- white pepper
- 1 tbsp argan oil
Instructions
- 1. Preheat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- 2. Melt the butter in the pan.
- 3. Fry the white bread slices in the butter until golden brown.
- 4. Remove the toasted slices from the pan.
- 5. Let the toasts cool down for a moment.
- 6. Place the cream cheese in a small bowl.
- 7. Add the lemon juice to the cream cheese.
- 8. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- 9. Add the curry powder to the cream cheese mixture.
- 10. Add the mustard to the cream cheese mixture.
- 11. Take half of the chili threads.
- 12. Add half of the chili threads to the cream cheese mixture.
- 13. Mix all ingredients for the cream cheese mixture well together.
- 14. Take the remaining chili threads.
- 15. Place the remaining chili threads in a small bowl.
- 16. Pour the argan oil over the remaining chili threads.
- 17. Let the chili threads marinate in the argan oil.
- 18. Wash the tomato under running water.
- 19. Dry the tomato with a kitchen towel.
- 20. Slice the tomato into thin slices.
- 21. Wash the mint leaves under running water.
- 22. Gently dry the mint leaves with a kitchen towel.
- 23. Place the mint leaves on the cooled toasts.
- 24. Place one tomato slice on top of the mint.
- 25. Dip an ice cream scoop briefly into water.
- 26. Scoop the cream cheese mixture into the wetted ice cream scoop.
- 27. Invert the ice cream scoop over the tomato slice.
- 28. Let the cream cheese half-sphere land on the tomato.
- 29. Take the chili threads marinated in argan oil.
- 30. Garnish the toasts with the marinated chili threads.
