🍰 Tomato-Strawberry Popsicles

Ingredients
- 1 lemon
- 120 g raw cane sugar
- 500 g strawberries
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 4 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
- 1. Squeeze the lemon. Add the sugar with 350 ml water and the lemon juice to a pot and bring to a boil. Simmer until the sugar is completely dissolved, then let cool.
- 2. In the meantime, thoroughly wash, prep, and finely puree the strawberries and tomatoes. Strain the mixture through a fine sieve.
- 3. Combine the strawberry-tomato puree with the sugar solution and the maple syrup, then fill into 8 popsicle molds. Place in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
