🥤 Fresh Tomato Drink

Ingredients
- 1 fresh red chili pepper (washed, cleaned, deseeded and roughly chopped)
- 1 small red onion (finely diced)
- 400 g tomatoes (washed, diced)
- 1 bunch mixed herbs (washed, leaves picked off stems and finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp yogurt
- salt
- 1 tsp honey
- 125 ml mineral water
Instructions
- 1. Put all ingredients except the sparkling water into the blender.
- 2. Blend the mixture until it is completely smooth.
- 3. Season the puree to taste with spices.
- 4. Top up the drink with the sparkling water.
- 5. Pour the finished mixture into tall glasses.
