Ingredients
- 3 garlic cloves
- 250 g tomatoes
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 80 ml olive oil
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the garlic. Briefly dip the tomatoes in boiling water, then shock in cold water, remove the skin, quarter them, and take out the seeds.
- 2. Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree; season with salt and pepper to taste.
