Ingredients
- Salt
- Pepper (from the mill)
- 0.5 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp Aceto balsamico
- 1 pinch grated lemon zest
- 3 tomatoes
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 shallot
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Wash the tomato thoroughly, quarter it, remove the seeds, and cut it into small pieces. Peel and finely dice the garlic and shallot.
- 2. Blend the tomatoes with half of the garlic, the diced shallots, the spices, and the oil until a creamy consistency is achieved. Serve sprinkled with the remaining garlic.
