  2. 2. Gently pat the leaves dry with a kitchen towel.
  3. 3. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly.
  4. 4. Remove the hard stem area from the top of the tomatoes.
  5. 5. Slice the tomatoes into even rounds.
  6. 6. Wash the cucumber.
  7. 7. Slice the cucumber into thin rounds.
  8. 8. Peel the garlic clove.
  9. 9. Mince the garlic very finely.
  10. 10. Mix the minced garlic with the yogurt.
  11. 11. Finely chop the parsley.
  12. 12. Stir the parsley into the yogurt-garlic mixture.
  13. 13. Season the sauce with salt.
  14. 14. Season the sauce with black pepper.
  15. 15. Trim the bottom ends of the cress bunches.
  16. 16. Place the dry lettuce leaves on the bread slices.
  17. 17. Distribute the tomato slices on top of the lettuce.
  18. 18. Place the cucumber slices on top of the tomatoes.
  19. 19. Drizzle the yogurt sauce over the assembled bread.
  20. 20. Sprinkle the fresh cress over the sandwich.
