🍽️ Tomato-Basil Sauce

Ingredients
- 5 tbsp pine nuts
- 75 g basil
- 3 garlic cloves
- 250 g tomatoes
- 80 ml olive oil
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Toast the pine nuts briefly in a dry pan. Wash the basil thoroughly, drain it, and pick off the leaves. Peel the garlic. Blanch the tomatoes for a few seconds in boiling water, then shock them in cold water, remove the skin, quarter them, and remove the seeds.
- 2. Add all ingredients to the blender and puree, then season with salt and pepper.
