  1. 1. Toast the pine nuts briefly in a dry pan. Wash the basil thoroughly, drain it, and pick off the leaves. Peel the garlic. Blanch the tomatoes for a few seconds in boiling water, then shock them in cold water, remove the skin, quarter them, and remove the seeds.
  2. 2. Add all ingredients to the blender and puree, then season with salt and pepper.
