🥤 Fresh Tomato Basil Smoothie

Ingredients
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 tbsp basil (finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 300 g cold kefir
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 2 drops Worcestershire sauce
- 4 cherry tomatoes
- basil
- 2 cocktail skewers
Instructions
- 1. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes.
- 2. Remove the skin from the tomatoes.
- 3. Remove the seeds from the tomatoes.
- 4. Chop the tomatoes roughly.
- 5. Add the tomatoes and basil to a blender.
- 6. Add the balsamic vinegar.
- 7. Add the tomato paste.
- 8. Add the kefir.
- 9. Blend the mixture until smooth.
- 10. Season the smoothie with salt.
- 11. Season the smoothie with pepper.
- 12. Season the smoothie with Worcestershire sauce.
- 13. Pour the smoothie into two tall glasses.
- 14. Wash the tomatoes.
- 15. Thread two tomatoes onto each cocktail stick.
- 16. Add some basil to the tomatoes on the stick.
- 17. Place the sticks on the glasses.
