  7. 7. Add the tomato paste.
  8. 8. Add the kefir.
  9. 9. Blend the mixture until smooth.
  10. 10. Season the smoothie with salt.
  11. 11. Season the smoothie with pepper.
  12. 12. Season the smoothie with Worcestershire sauce.
  13. 13. Pour the smoothie into two tall glasses.
  14. 14. Wash the tomatoes.
  15. 15. Thread two tomatoes onto each cocktail stick.
