🥗 Fresh Salad with Tomatoes and Wild Garlic

Ingredients
- various tomatoes
- wild garlic leaves
- 2 tbsp wine vinegar
- 6 tbsp wild garlic oil (or olive oil)
- 1 tsp cane sugar
- a little mustard
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
Instructions
- 1. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Cut the washed tomatoes into small pieces.
- 3. Also wash the wild garlic thoroughly.
- 4. Finely chop the wild garlic.
- 5. Mix all the ingredients for the dressing in a small bowl.
- 6. Pour the finished dressing evenly over the tomato pieces.
- 7. Finally, sprinkle the chopped wild garlic over the salad.
