🥤 Tomato-Avocado Drink

Ingredients
- 1 small ripe avocado
- 8 leaves basil
- Lemon (juice)
- 400 ml tomato juice
- 4 ice cubes
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- Tabasco
- basil (for garnishing)
- 2 pumpernickel rounds
Instructions
- 1. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh out of the skin with a spoon. Finely chop the basil leaves.
- 2. Puree the avocado flesh together with lemon juice, tomato juice, ice cubes, and the chopped basil leaves. Season with salt, pepper, and a little Tabasco, then fill into two tall glasses. Decorate with basil and serve with pumpernickel rounds.
