Ingredients
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tomatoes
- 250 g mozzarella
- basil
- sea salt
- white pepper (from the mill)
- cherry tomatoes
Instructions
- 1. Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella, and arrange them on 4 plates with some basil leaves as desired.
- 2. Drizzle with olive oil, season with sea salt and pepper, sprinkle with basil leaves, and optionally serve with cherry tomatoes.
