🍽️ Fresh Tomato Mozzarella Salad with Melon Balls

Ingredients
- 6 ripe medium tomatoes
- 300 g buffalo mozzarella
- 1 honeydew melon
- 0.5 bunch basil
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Slice the tomatoes into thick rounds.
- 3. Slice the mozzarella into rounds as well.
- 4. Carefully pluck the basil leaves from the stems.
- 5. Cut the basil leaves into thin strips.
- 6. Halve the melon and remove the seeds.
- 7. Use a melon baller to scoop out nice balls from the melon.
- 8. Arrange the melon balls, tomato slices, and mozzarella slices on a plate.
- 9. Season the salad with salt and pepper to taste.
- 10. Drizzle some olive oil over the ingredients.
- 11. Sprinkle the chopped basil strips over the salad.
