🍽️ Tomato-Mozzarella with Avocado

Ingredients
- 1 ball Mozzarella
- 1 ripe Avocado
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 0.5 bunch Arugula
- 8 Cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbsp White wine vinegar
- 2 tsp Balsamic vinegar
- 0.5 tsp Mustard
- 1 pinch Sugar
- Salt
- Pepper (from the mill)
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Slice the mozzarella into thin pieces.
- 2. Peel the avocado, cut it in half, remove the pit, and slice the halves into thin wedges. Drizzle with lemon juice immediately.
- 3. Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half. Clean the arugula, rinse it, shake it dry, and tear it into bite-sized pieces.
- 4. Combine vinegar with mustard, sugar, salt, and pepper, then whisk in the oil and stir in the finely chopped basil leaves.
- 5. To serve, arrange the salad ingredients on plates and drizzle with the vinaigrette.
