  1. 1. Drain the mozzarella and cut it into thick slices. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly, pat them dry, and also slice them. Arrange both alternately in a circular pattern on a plate.
  2. 2. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Remove the basil leaves from the stems, wash and dry them, then sprinkle over the top.
