🍽️ Tomato-Mozzarella

Ingredients
- 2 balls buffalo mozzarella (about 150 g each)
- 2 beef tomatoes
- 1 bunch basil
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Drain the mozzarella and cut it into thick slices. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly, pat them dry, and also slice them. Arrange both alternately in a circular pattern on a plate.
- 2. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Remove the basil leaves from the stems, wash and dry them, then sprinkle over the top.
