Ingredients
- 250 g Mozzarella
- 2 large tomatoes
- 1 bunch basil
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly and slice them.
- 2. Drain the mozzarella, slice it, and layer it alternately with the tomato slices on a plate.
- 3. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, then season with salt and pepper.
- 4. Tear the basil leaves from the stems and sprinkle them on top.
