🍽️ Tomato with Mozzarella

Ingredients
- 600 g tomatoes
- 1 bunch basil
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 250 g mozzarella
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Drain the mozzarella and slice it thinly. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly and slice them as well. Pick the basil leaves. Arrange the mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil on plates or in a bowl in an overlapping pattern.
- 2. Mix the oil with the lemon juice, season with salt and pepper, and press the clove of garlic into it. Pour the marinade evenly over the salad.
