  2. 2. Heat the oil in a pan. Toast the cumin seeds, mustard seeds, and chili briefly in the pan with the lid on. Mix the yogurt with salt and the spice mixture well in the bowl and chill for 1 hour.
  3. 3. To serve, rinse the tomatoes, prepare them, cut them into small cubes, mix them into the yogurt, and serve immediately.
