🍽️ Tomato Salad with Spiced Yogurt

Ingredients
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 chili pepper
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 0.5 tsp cumin seeds
- 0.5 tsp mustard seeds
- 300 g yogurt
- salt
- 4 tomatoes
Instructions
- 1. Peel the garlic cloves and press them into a bowl. Rinse the chili pepper, prepare it, remove the seeds, and slice it into thin rings.
- 2. Heat the oil in a pan. Toast the cumin seeds, mustard seeds, and chili briefly in the pan with the lid on. Mix the yogurt with salt and the spice mixture well in the bowl and chill for 1 hour.
- 3. To serve, rinse the tomatoes, prepare them, cut them into small cubes, mix them into the yogurt, and serve immediately.
