🥤 Refreshing Tom Collins Cocktail

Ingredients
- 50 ml Gin
- 30 ml lemon juice
- 20 ml sugar syrup
- soda water
- 0.5 lemon slice
- 1 untreated lemon (peel)
- 2 cocktail cherries
- ice cubes
Instructions
- 1. Put some ice cubes and all ingredients except the soda water into a shaker.
- 2. Shake the mixture vigorously until it is well chilled.
- 3. Strain the liquid through a bar strainer into a tall long drink glass.
- 4. Top up the glass with soda water.
- 5. Add a few fresh ice cubes to the drink.
- 6. Add a lemon slice and cocktail cherries.
- 7. Garnish the glass with a piece of lemon peel.
