  1. 1. Put some ice cubes and all ingredients except the soda water into a shaker.
  2. 2. Shake the mixture vigorously until it is well chilled.
  3. 3. Strain the liquid through a bar strainer into a tall long drink glass.
  4. 4. Top up the glass with soda water.
  5. 5. Add a few fresh ice cubes to the drink.
  6. 6. Add a lemon slice and cocktail cherries.
  7. 7. Garnish the glass with a piece of lemon peel.
