🥤 Refreshing Tom Collins Cocktail

Ingredients
- 50 ml Gin
- 30 ml Lemon juice
- 20 ml Sugar syrup
- Soda water
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- 1. Add some ice cubes and all ingredients except the soda water into a shaker.
- 2. Shake the mixture vigorously until it is well chilled.
- 3. Fill a chilled glass with fresh ice cubes.
- 4. Strain the cocktail mixture through a bar strainer into the prepared glass.
- 5. Top up the drink with soda water.
- 6. Serve the cocktail immediately.
