🍽️ Grilled Tofu and Tomatoes with Wild Garlic Pesto

Ingredients
- 250 g large tomatoes (2 large tomatoes)
- 200 g tofu
- 0.5 bunch wild garlic (6 leaves)
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly.
- 2. Cut out the hard stem areas of the tomatoes in a wedge shape.
- 3. Slice the tomato flesh into even slices.
- 4. Let the tofu drain well.
- 5. Slice the tofu as well.
- 6. Wash the wild garlic (ramsons).
- 7. Shake the wild garlic dry.
- 8. Finely chop the wild garlic using a large knife.
- 9. Place the chopped wild garlic, pumpkin seeds, and oil into a mortar.
- 10. Grind the ingredients into a smooth paste.
- 11. Place two layers of aluminum foil on top of each other.
- 12. Shape the double foil into two small, sturdy bowls.
- 13. Layer the tomato and tofu slices alternately into the foil bowls.
- 14. Season the layers with salt and pepper.
- 15. Drizzle the wild garlic pesto over the layers.
- 16. Place the bowls on the hot grill.
- 17. Grill the dishes for about 15 minutes.
