  1. 1. Wash the cauliflower florets under running water.
  2. 2. Peel the onion and the garlic clove.
  3. 3. Finely chop the onion and garlic.
  4. 4. Heat some oil in a pan.
  5. 5. Sauté the onion and garlic mixture briefly.
  6. 6. Add the rice and cauliflower to the pan.
  7. 7. Pour the broth over the mixture.
  8. 8. Let everything simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes.
  9. 9. Add the tofu to the pan.
  10. 10. Puree the entire mixture with a blender or hand blender.
  11. 11. Season the mixture to your liking.
  12. 12. Let the mixture cool down completely.
  13. 13. Add the egg to the cooled mixture.
  14. 14. Add the breadcrumbs.
  15. 15. Mix everything thoroughly.
  16. 16. Adjust the seasoning with soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
  17. 17. Shape 16 small patties from the mixture.
  18. 18. Roll the patties in sesame seeds.
  19. 19. Heat the remaining oil in a non-stick pan.
  20. 20. Fry the patties for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  21. 21. Serve the patties garnished with parsley.
