  2. 2. Press the tofu through a fine sieve until it is creamy.
  3. 3. Mound the flour mixture on a work surface and make a well in the center.
  4. 4. Add the pressed tofu, oil, soy sauce, and egg into the well.
  5. 5. Quickly knead the ingredients together into a smooth dough.
  6. 6. Roll out the dough on the work surface using a little extra flour.
  7. 7. Place the dough into the greased pizza pan.
  8. 8. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
  9. 9. Bake the dough base for about 10 minutes.
  10. 10. Peel the onion and garlic.
  11. 11. Slice the onion and garlic into thin rings.
  12. 12. Heat olive oil in a pan.
  13. 13. Sauté the onion and garlic rings until translucent.
  14. 14. Remove the vegetables from the pan and set aside.
  15. 15. Slice the tofu into 3 millimeter thick slices.
  16. 16. Place the tofu slices on a soup plate.
  17. 17. Drizzle the tofu with soy sauce and oil.

  20. 20. Sprinkle the basil and olives over the marinated tofu.

  24. 24. Slice the tomatoes into thin rounds.
  25. 25. Top the pre-baked dough base with the tomato slices.
  26. 26. Distribute the marinated tofu slices evenly over the dough.
  27. 27. Pour the remaining marinade over the pizza.
  28. 28. Place the sautéed onion and garlic rings on top.
  29. 29. Bake the pizza for 20 minutes in the oven.
