🍽️ Grilled Tofu and Pepper Skewers

Ingredients
- 200 g tofu
- 6 tbsp teriyaki sauce
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 100 g cherry tomatoes (8 cherry tomatoes)

- 2 tsp sesame oil
Instructions
- 1. Drain the tofu to remove excess liquid.
- 2. Cut the tofu into cubes of about 2 cm.
- 3. Place the tofu cubes in a bowl.
- 4. Pour the teriyaki sauce over the tofu.
- 5. Mix everything well so the tofu is coated in sauce.
- 6. Let the tofu marinate for 30 minutes.
- 7. Turn the tofu cubes occasionally during the marinating time.
- 8. Halve the bell pepper in the meantime.
- 9. Remove the seeds and white pith from the pepper.
- 10. Rinse the pepper halves under running water.
- 11. Cut the pepper into even pieces.
- 12. Remove the stems from the tomatoes.
- 13. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly.
- 14. Let the tomatoes drain in a sieve.
- 15. Thread the tofu, pepper, and tomatoes alternately onto four skewers.
- 16. Place the skewers on an aluminum grilling tray.
- 17. Preheat the grill to high heat.
- 18. Cook the skewers on the hot grill for 6 to 8 minutes.
- 19. Turn the skewers occasionally while grilling.
- 20. Pepper the finished skewers to taste.
- 21. Drizzle the skewers with sesame oil.
- 22. Serve the skewers immediately.
