  1. 1. Drain the tofu to remove excess liquid.
  2. 2. Cut the tofu into cubes of about 2 cm.
  3. 3. Place the tofu cubes in a bowl.
  4. 4. Pour the teriyaki sauce over the tofu.
  5. 5. Mix everything well so the tofu is coated in sauce.
  6. 6. Let the tofu marinate for 30 minutes.
  7. 7. Turn the tofu cubes occasionally during the marinating time.
  8. 8. Halve the bell pepper in the meantime.
  9. 9. Remove the seeds and white pith from the pepper.
  10. 10. Rinse the pepper halves under running water.
  11. 11. Cut the pepper into even pieces.
  12. 12. Remove the stems from the tomatoes.
  13. 13. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly.
  14. 14. Let the tomatoes drain in a sieve.
  15. 15. Thread the tofu, pepper, and tomatoes alternately onto four skewers.
  16. 16. Place the skewers on an aluminum grilling tray.
  17. 17. Preheat the grill to high heat.
  18. 18. Cook the skewers on the hot grill for 6 to 8 minutes.
  19. 19. Turn the skewers occasionally while grilling.
  20. 20. Pepper the finished skewers to taste.
  21. 21. Drizzle the skewers with sesame oil.
  22. 22. Serve the skewers immediately.
