Ingredients
- 16 blue figs
- 400 g tofu
- 2 tsp red pepper
Instructions
- 1. Wash the figs thoroughly.
- 2. Dry the fruits with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Remove the hard stem bases from the figs.
- 4. Slice 12 of the figs into thin slices.
- 5. Halve the remaining 4 figs lengthwise.
- 6. Crush the red pepper in a mortar until it becomes powder.
- 7. Slice the tofu.
- 8. Place the tofu slices on a plate.
- 9. Distribute the fig slices and halves on top of the tofu.
- 10. Sprinkle the dish with the ground red pepper.
