  2. 2. Cut the tofu into large rectangles.
  3. 3. Place the tofu in a bowl.
  4. 4. Pour the soy sauce and oil over the tofu.
  5. 5. Marinate the tofu for about 20 minutes.
  6. 6. Peel the mango.
  7. 7. Cut thick slices off the pit.
  8. 8. Cut the mango flesh into large rectangles.
  9. 9. Wash the Thai basil.
  10. 10. Shake the basil dry.
  11. 11. Pluck the leaves from the stems.
  12. 12. Wash the limes.
  13. 13. Cut the limes into wedges.
  14. 14. Thread all ingredients alternately onto 8 wooden skewers.
  15. 15. Place the skewers on the hot grill.
  16. 16. Grill the skewers for about 10 minutes.
  17. 17. Serve the skewers with couscous salad as desired.
