  1. 1. Cut the tofu into thin strips.
  2. 2. Add the oil and two tablespoons of soy sauce.
  3. 3. Mix everything well so the tofu is coated.
  4. 4. Let the marinade work for about 30 minutes.
  5. 5. Wash the pak choi thoroughly under running water.
  6. 6. Carefully separate the individual leaves from the base.
  7. 7. Bring water to a boil and add one tablespoon of soy sauce.
  8. 8. Blanch the pak choi leaves briefly in the boiling water.
  9. 9. Immediately plunge the leaves into cold water to cool them down.
  10. 10. Let the water drain off well.
  11. 11. Take the tofu strips out of the marinade.
  12. 12. Wrap each tofu strip in one or two pak choi leaves.
  13. 13. Place the wraps in a steamer basket.
  14. 14. Drizzle the wraps with the remaining marinade.
  15. 15. Steam the pak choi wraps for about 5 minutes over boiling water.
  16. 16. Cover the steamer while cooking.
  17. 17. Sprinkle the finished dish with sesame seeds.
  18. 18. Serve the wraps warm.
