🍽️ Tofu in Pak Choi Wraps

Ingredients
- 500 g tofu
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 pak choi
- sesame seeds (for garnishing)
Instructions
- 1. Cut the tofu into thin strips.
- 2. Add the oil and two tablespoons of soy sauce.
- 3. Mix everything well so the tofu is coated.
- 4. Let the marinade work for about 30 minutes.
- 5. Wash the pak choi thoroughly under running water.
- 6. Carefully separate the individual leaves from the base.
- 7. Bring water to a boil and add one tablespoon of soy sauce.
- 8. Blanch the pak choi leaves briefly in the boiling water.
- 9. Immediately plunge the leaves into cold water to cool them down.
- 10. Let the water drain off well.
- 11. Take the tofu strips out of the marinade.
- 12. Wrap each tofu strip in one or two pak choi leaves.
- 13. Place the wraps in a steamer basket.
- 14. Drizzle the wraps with the remaining marinade.
- 15. Steam the pak choi wraps for about 5 minutes over boiling water.
- 16. Cover the steamer while cooking.
- 17. Sprinkle the finished dish with sesame seeds.
- 18. Serve the wraps warm.
