🍽️ Colorful Tofu and Vegetable Skewers

Ingredients
- 6 potatoes (medium)
- 2 red bell peppers
- 4 celery stalks
- 300 g tofu (smoked)
- 8 long wooden skewers
- 2 sprigs basil
- 3 tbsp sunflower oil
- salt
- white pepper
Instructions
- 1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into quarters.
- 2. Wash the bell peppers, halve them, remove the seeds and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
- 3. Wash the celery, trim it and cut it into pieces about 3 centimeters long.
- 4. Cut the tofu into cubes.
- 5. Thread all the prepared ingredients in a colorful mix onto eight long wooden skewers.
- 6. Wash the basil, shake it dry and pick the leaves off the stems.
- 7. Heat the oil in a large non-stick pan.
- 8. Fry the skewers on all sides for 5 to 7 minutes over medium heat.
- 9. Season the skewers lightly with salt and pepper.
- 10. Serve the skewers on plates and garnish with the basil leaves.
