🍽️ Tofu-Apple Cream

Ingredients
- 400 g silken tofu
- 100 g pear syrup
- 40 g ground hazelnuts
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tart apples
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- 1. Place the tofu in a mixing bowl and blend it with the syrup, hazelnuts, and cocoa until creamy. Fill half of the mixture into oven-safe dishes.
- 2. Preheat the oven using the broil setting.
- 3. Peel the apples, quarter them, remove the cores, and chop the quarters into small pieces. Drizzle with lemon juice. Place in the dishes and top with the remaining cream. Brown briefly under the hot grill and serve.
