  1. 1. Put sugar, honey, and water into a pot.
  2. 2. Heat the mixture over medium heat.
  3. 3. Stir constantly until it starts bubbling.
  4. 4. Let it boil for 2 to 3 minutes.
  5. 5. Pour the cream into a large pot.
  6. 6. Bring the cream to a boil.
  7. 7. Melt the chocolate in the hot cream.
  8. 8. Add the previously boiled caramel sugar.
  9. 9. Stir well to combine everything.
  10. 10. Cook the mixture for about 15 to 20 minutes.
  11. 11. Cook until the mixture turns brown.
  12. 12. Drop a little bit of the mixture onto a cold plate.
  13. 13. Check if the drops harden.
  14. 14. If they are firm, the mixture is ready.
  15. 15. Line a rectangular pan with baking paper.
  16. 16. Lightly grease the pan if necessary.
  17. 17. Pour the caramel mixture into the pan.
  18. 18. Let the mixture cool down.
  19. 19. Turn the cooled mixture out onto a large board.
  20. 20. Peel off the baking paper.
  21. 21. Grease a knife.
  22. 22. Cut the mixture into squares.
  23. 23. Let the candies cool completely.
