Ingredients
- 4 toast bread slices
- butter (for frying)
- 4 small eggs
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- chive rolls (for garnishing)
Instructions
- 1. Turn on the oven and set it to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Take a shape and cut out large stars from the toast bread.
- 3. Heat some butter in a pan.
- 4. Place the toast stars in the hot butter and fry them briefly.
- 5. Turn the toast stars over.
- 6. Crack the eggs gently one by one.
- 7. Place one egg on each toast star.
- 8. Place the pan in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes.
- 9. Take the pan out of the oven.
- 10. Season the toasts with salt and pepper.
- 11. Cut chives into fine rings.
- 12. Sprinkle the toasts with the chive rings.
