🍽️ Crispy Toast Stars with Sour Cream, Caviar, and Corn Salad

Ingredients
- 1 handful corn salad
- 8 slices toast bread
- 60 g sour cream
- 4 tbsp keta caviar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- dill tips (for garnishing)
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the corn salad under running water.
- 2. Remove any tough stems or wilted leaves from the salad.
- 3. Let the washed salad drain well in a colander.
- 4. Spread the dry salad evenly over a serving plate.
- 5. Toast the bread slices in a toaster or pan until they are golden brown and crispy.
- 6. Use a star-shaped cookie cutter or template to cut stars out of the toast slices.
- 7. Take four of the toast stars and set them aside.
- 8. Place a small dollop of sour cream on the remaining toast slices.
- 9. Place one toast star on top of each sour cream dollop.
- 10. Place the toast sandwiches in the center on top of the prepared salad.
- 11. Spread the remaining sour cream over the toast stars.
- 12. Place the salmon caviar (roe from salmon eggs) evenly on top of the sour cream.
- 13. Drizzle some fresh lemon juice over the entire salad.
- 14. Garnish the dish with fresh dill sprigs.
- 15. Serve the stars immediately.
