🍽️ Grilled Salmon Toast Sandwich

Ingredients
- 1 bunch arugula
- 600 g salmon fillet (kitchen-ready, skinless)
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- lemon juice
- 150 g Camembert
- 16 slices baguette (cut diagonally)
- 4 tbsp Dijon mustard
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your grill to the desired temperature.
- 2. Wash the arugula thoroughly.
- 3. Remove any thick stems or wilted leaves from the arugula.
- 4. Dry the arugula, for example in a salad spinner.
- 5. Rinse the salmon under running water.
- 6. Pat the salmon dry with kitchen paper.
- 7. Cut the salmon into slices about 1 centimeter thick.
- 8. Season the salmon slices with salt and pepper.
- 9. Drizzle some lemon juice over the salmon.
- 10. Place the salmon on the hot grill.
- 11. Cook the salmon until golden brown on each side.
- 12. Remove the salmon from the grill.
- 13. Set the grilled salmon aside until you need it.
- 14. Cut the cheese into thin slices.
- 15. Take 8 slices of baguette.
- 16. Top each baguette slice with one slice of cheese.
- 17. Place a slice of grilled salmon on top of the cheese.
- 18. Add some arugula on top of the salmon.
- 19. Take the remaining baguette slices.
- 20. Spread the remaining slices thinly with mustard.
- 21. Place the mustard side down as a lid on the filled slices.
- 22. Tie each sandwich together with kitchen twine.
- 23. Place the sandwiches on the hot grill.
- 24. Toast the sandwiches until golden brown.
- 25. Turn the sandwiches occasionally so they brown evenly.
- 26. Place the finished sandwiches on plates.
- 27. Serve the sandwiches immediately.
