  9. 9. Dice the onion, garlic, and ginger into small cubes.
  10. 10. Wash the chili pepper.
  11. 11. Cut the chili in half lengthwise.
  12. 12. Slice the chili halves into thin rings.
  13. 13. Mix the diced onion, garlic, and ginger with the chili rings.
  14. 14. Add the coarse tomato chunks to the mixture.
  15. 15. Add the coriander to the bowl.
  16. 16. Add the vinegar to the bowl.
  17. 17. Add the sugar to the bowl.
  18. 18. Add the orange juice to the bowl.

  45. 45. Cover the filled toast slices with the remaining toast slices.
  46. 46. Secure the sandwiches with a wooden skewer.
