  1. 1. Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit.
  2. 2. Carefully scoop the flesh out of the skin.
  3. 3. Mash the avocado flesh into a paste with a fork.
  4. 4. Season the avocado mixture with a pinch of salt, some lemon juice, black pepper, and a few drops of Tabasco sauce.
  5. 5. Wash the tomato under running water.
  6. 6. Cut the washed tomato into thin wedges.
  7. 7. Wash the romaine lettuce thoroughly.
  8. 8. Dry the lettuce using a salad spinner or a clean cloth.
  9. 9. Toast the bread slices in a toaster or a pan.
  10. 10. Spread the seasoned avocado paste evenly onto the toast slices.
  11. 11. Distribute the dry romaine lettuce over the avocado cream.
  12. 12. Place the tomato wedges and turkey breast strips on top.
  13. 13. Season the topping finally with a little salt and pepper.
  14. 14. Cut the finished toast slices diagonally in half.
  15. 15. Sprinkle the toasts with fresh, chopped parsley.
