🍽️ Avocado Turkey Toast

Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- Tabasco
- 1 tomato
- 1 romaine lettuce (4 small leaves)
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 2 slices toast bread
- 4 thin slices smoked turkey breast fillet
Instructions
- 1. Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit.
- 2. Carefully scoop the flesh out of the skin.
- 3. Mash the avocado flesh into a paste with a fork.
- 4. Season the avocado mixture with a pinch of salt, some lemon juice, black pepper, and a few drops of Tabasco sauce.
- 5. Wash the tomato under running water.
- 6. Cut the washed tomato into thin wedges.
- 7. Wash the romaine lettuce thoroughly.
- 8. Dry the lettuce using a salad spinner or a clean cloth.
- 9. Toast the bread slices in a toaster or a pan.
- 10. Spread the seasoned avocado paste evenly onto the toast slices.
- 11. Distribute the dry romaine lettuce over the avocado cream.
- 12. Place the tomato wedges and turkey breast strips on top.
- 13. Season the topping finally with a little salt and pepper.
- 14. Cut the finished toast slices diagonally in half.
- 15. Sprinkle the toasts with fresh, chopped parsley.
