  2. 2. Spin the salad dry.
  3. 3. Plate the salad onto four dishes.
  4. 4. Slice the goat cheese into approximately 1 cm thick slices.
  5. 5. Place the cheese slices onto the bread slices.
  6. 6. Place a sheet of baking paper onto a baking tray.
  7. 7. Stack the cheese-topped bread slices into towers.
  8. 8. Place the baking trays into the preheated oven.
  9. 9. Set the oven to 220 °C with the grill function.
  10. 10. Whisk honey, walnut oil, salt, pepper, thyme, and paprika together in a small bowl.
  11. 11. Brush the cheese slices with the spice mixture.
  12. 12. Place the trays on the top rack in the oven.
  13. 13. Grill the toasts for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
  14. 14. Remove the raspberries from their stems.
  15. 15. Rinse the raspberries carefully.
  16. 16. Pat the raspberries dry with a kitchen towel.
  17. 17. Take the toasts out of the oven.
  18. 18. Place the hot toasts onto the salad plates.
  19. 19. Sprinkle the toasts with cashew nuts.
  20. 20. Garnish the dishes with the raspberries.
  21. 21. Serve with one tablespoon of cranberries each.
