  4. 4. Finely chop the rest of the parsley.
  5. 5. Peel the shallot and the garlic.

  7. 7. Heat some oil in a frying pan.
  8. 8. Add the shallot and garlic to the hot pan.
  9. 9. Sauté the vegetables until they are soft and slightly translucent.
  10. 10. Add the minced meat to the pan.

  12. 12. Stir the tomato paste into the meat.
