🍳 Savory Minced Meat Toast Sandwiches

Ingredients
- 0.5 bunch parsley
- 1 shallot
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 500 g mixed minced meat
- 1 tsp tomato paste
- 150 ml meat broth
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 8 slices multigrain bread
Instructions
- 1. Wash the parsley thoroughly and shake it dry.
- 2. Pluck the parsley leaves from the stems.
- 3. Set aside four nice leaves to use as decoration later.
- 4. Finely chop the rest of the parsley.
- 5. Peel the shallot and the garlic.
- 6. Finely chop the shallot and garlic as well.
- 7. Heat some oil in a frying pan.
- 8. Add the shallot and garlic to the hot pan.
- 9. Sauté the vegetables until they are soft and slightly translucent.
- 10. Add the minced meat to the pan.
- 11. Fry the meat until it is crumbly and fully cooked.
- 12. Stir the tomato paste into the meat.
- 13. Pour in the broth.
- 14. Simmer the mixture over medium heat for 10 minutes.
- 15. Wait until the liquid has almost completely evaporated.
- 16. Fold the finely chopped parsley into the meat mixture.
- 17. Season the filling with salt and pepper to taste.
- 18. Toast the bread slices until crisp.
- 19. Take half of the toast slices.
- 20. Spread the minced meat mixture generously over these slices.
- 21. Take a second bread slice.
- 22. Place it diagonally on the filled slice to form a sandwich.
- 23. Insert a parsley leaf into the sandwich as decoration.
- 24. Serve the toast sandwiches immediately.
