🍰 Tiramisu with Mirabelle Plums in a Glass

Ingredients
- 200 g Mirabelle
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 200 g mascarpone
- 40 g powdered sugar
- 1 egg white
- 20 ml orange liqueur
- 1 orange (juice)
- 12 ladyfingers
- cocoa powder (for dusting)
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the Mirabelle plums.
- 2. Halve the fruits and remove the pits.
- 3. Cut the Mirabelle plums into small pieces.
- 4. Mix the fruits with lemon juice and vanilla sugar.
- 5. Let the mixture rest for a short time.
- 6. Whisk the mascarpone with powdered sugar until well combined.
- 7. Beat the egg whites until stiff.
- 8. Gently fold the egg whites into the mascarpone cream.
- 9. Mix the liqueur with the orange juice.
- 10. Break about half of the biscuits into small pieces.
- 11. Dip the biscuit pieces briefly into the orange juice mixture.
- 12. Place the soaked biscuits into the glasses.
- 13. Add half of the Mirabelle plums on top of the biscuits.
- 14. Spread a portion of the cream over the fruits.
- 15. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
- 16. Chill the glasses for about 20 minutes before serving.
- 17. Dust the finished tiramisu with cocoa powder before serving.
