  1. 1. Thoroughly wash the Mirabelle plums.
  2. 2. Halve the fruits and remove the pits.
  3. 3. Cut the Mirabelle plums into small pieces.
  4. 4. Mix the fruits with lemon juice and vanilla sugar.
  5. 5. Let the mixture rest for a short time.
  6. 6. Whisk the mascarpone with powdered sugar until well combined.
  7. 7. Beat the egg whites until stiff.
  8. 8. Gently fold the egg whites into the mascarpone cream.
  9. 9. Mix the liqueur with the orange juice.
  10. 10. Break about half of the biscuits into small pieces.
  11. 11. Dip the biscuit pieces briefly into the orange juice mixture.
  12. 12. Place the soaked biscuits into the glasses.
  13. 13. Add half of the Mirabelle plums on top of the biscuits.
  14. 14. Spread a portion of the cream over the fruits.
  15. 15. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  16. 16. Chill the glasses for about 20 minutes before serving.
  17. 17. Dust the finished tiramisu with cocoa powder before serving.
