  5. 5. Beat the egg yolks together with the sugar using an electric hand mixer until the mixture becomes white and foamy.
  6. 6. Gently fold the mascarpone cheese into the egg yolk-sugar mixture.
  7. 7. Add a pinch of salt to the egg whites.
  8. 8. Beat the egg whites with the electric hand mixer until stiff peaks form (firm enough to hold their shape).
  9. 9. Gently fold the stiffly beaten egg whites into the mascarpone cream.
  10. 10. Layer the cream, the broken ladyfinger biscuits, and the blueberries alternately in glasses.
  11. 11. Serve the tiramisu immediately.
