🍰 Blueberry Tiramisu in Glasses

Ingredients
- 250 g Blueberries
- 12 Ladyfingers
- 4 Eggs
- 100 g Sugar
- 350 g Mascarpone
- 1 Pinch Salt
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the blueberries under running water.
- 2. Pat the blueberries completely dry with kitchen paper.
- 3. Break the ladyfinger biscuits into smaller, bite-sized pieces.
- 4. Separate the eggs by carefully separating the yolks from the whites.
- 5. Beat the egg yolks together with the sugar using an electric hand mixer until the mixture becomes white and foamy.
- 6. Gently fold the mascarpone cheese into the egg yolk-sugar mixture.
- 7. Add a pinch of salt to the egg whites.
- 8. Beat the egg whites with the electric hand mixer until stiff peaks form (firm enough to hold their shape).
- 9. Gently fold the stiffly beaten egg whites into the mascarpone cream.
- 10. Layer the cream, the broken ladyfinger biscuits, and the blueberries alternately in glasses.
- 11. Serve the tiramisu immediately.
