🍰 Tiramisu Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 150 g Sugar
- 200 ml strong coffee
- 250 g Mascarpone
- 200 g Crème fraîche
- 1 tbsp Vanilla extract
- 60 ml Coffee liqueur
- 85 g Ladyfingers
- Cocoa powder (for dusting)
Instructions
- 1. Boil coffee with sugar, let it simmer for 5 minutes, then allow to cool.
- 2. Mix mascarpone with crème fraîche until smooth. Combine coffee syrup (except for 8 tablespoons) with vanilla extract and gradually fold into the cream.
- 3. Place in the freezer, stirring occasionally, or finish in an ice cream maker. The ice cream should remain creamy.
- 4. Mix the remaining syrup with liqueur. Crumble the sponge cake and soak it in the mixture.
- 5. Fill glasses, add the ice cream on top, and freeze. Remove 10 minutes before serving and dust with cocoa.
