🍰 Classic Tiramisu

Ingredients
- 5 very fresh eggs
- 80 g sugar
- 500 g MinusL mascarpone
- 200 ml cold coffee
- 40 ml brandy (or Marsala or amaretto)
- 20 ladyfingers
- cocoa powder (for dusting)
- Mocha bean (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Prep the fridge so it is ready.
- 2. Separate the eggs. Put the yolks in one bowl and the whites in another.
- 3. Whisk the yolks with the sugar until creamy and pale, ideally using a hand mixer.
- 4. Stir the mascarpone cheese into the yolk-sugar mixture.
- 5. Whip the egg whites until they form stiff peaks.
- 6. Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the mascarpone cream.
- 7. Mix the coffee with the brandy in a shallow dish.
- 8. Dip the ladyfingers briefly into the coffee mixture.
- 9. Place the soaked biscuits into a shallow dish (approx. 18x25 cm).
- 10. Spread half of the mascarpone cream over the biscuit layer.
- 11. Smooth out the cream.
- 12. Place a second layer of soaked biscuits on top.
- 13. Spread the remaining cream evenly on top.
- 14. Place the dish in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
- 15. Cut the tiramisu into pieces before serving.
- 16. Dust it with cocoa powder.
- 17. Garnish with coffee beans.
