  1. 1. Place the egg yolks from 4 eggs and 4 tablespoons of sugar into a large bowl.
  2. 2. Beat the mixture with a hand mixer on the highest speed until creamy and frothy.
  3. 3. Gradually fold in 500 g of mascarpone cheese into the egg mixture.
  4. 4. Finely grate the zest of one whole lemon and stir it into the cream.
  5. 5. Mix espresso and brandy in a separate small bowl.
  6. 6. Briefly dip half of the ladyfinger biscuits into the coffee and brandy mixture.
  7. 7. Arrange the soaked biscuits evenly in champagne glasses or a baking dish.
  8. 8. Spread 2 to 3 tablespoons of the mascarpone cream evenly over the biscuit layer.
  9. 9. Layer another row of soaked ladyfinger biscuits on top.
  10. 10. Cover the top layer with the remaining mascarpone cream.
  11. 11. Place the tiramisu in the refrigerator for about 5 hours.
  12. 12. Grate chocolate finely over the finished cream just before serving.
  13. 13. Decorate the dessert with fresh raspberries and mint leaves.
