🍰 Classic Tiramisu in Glasses

Ingredients
- 1 untreated lemon
- 500 g mascarpone
- 4 egg yolks
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 2 cups espresso (cold and strong)
- 40 ml brandy
- 150 g ladyfingers
- dark cocoa powder
Instructions
- 1. Put 4 egg yolks and 4 tablespoons of sugar into a bowl.
- 2. Beat the mixture with a hand mixer on high speed until creamy and frothy.
- 3. Gently fold 500 g of mascarpone into the egg yolk mixture.
- 4. Grate the zest of one whole lemon and stir it into the cream.
- 5. Prepare 8 glasses.
- 6. Cut ladyfinger biscuits into 3 pieces each.
- 7. Mix 2 cups of cold espresso with 4 cl of brandy.
- 8. Dip half of the biscuit pieces briefly into the espresso mixture.
- 9. Place the soaked biscuits evenly into the glasses.
- 10. Add a layer of mascarpone cream over the biscuits.
- 11. Dip the remaining biscuit pieces into the espresso mixture.
- 12. Place the biscuits on top of the cream.
- 13. Finish the glasses with a final layer of mascarpone cream.
- 14. Place the glasses in the refrigerator for about 5 hours.
- 15. Dust the tiramisu generously with dark cocoa powder before serving.
